The 21 ring binding comb is the most popular, as this is the correct size when binding A4 size documents.
To bind pages in this way, comb binding machines are required to punch the correct holes in the desired paper. We supply a wide range of these binding machines suitable for portable personal use or for high speed professional use.

Binding Combs Category Guide
Comb binding offers a fast, low-cost way of binding paper to create professional looking books and reports which are effective and easy to work from because they can lie flat – this allows for easy and accurate photocopying.
Rectangular holes are punched with a specific comb binding machine, the rings on the spine open and are inserted into the holes on the page; the body then rests against the spine, allowing for reopening in order to make changes to the book. We supply a wide range of these binding machines suitable for portable personal use or for high speed professional use.
A variety of spine capacities are available in a choice of colours, ranging from 6mm to 51mm allowing books from 16 to 425 pages. We also have a range of binding covers available to enhance the desired professional finish.
If a book which can open 360 degrees is desired such that covers touch, spines which do not have an obstructive body such as coil binding is a preferred option, we provide a range of wire machines and accessories which cater to this.
