Ring Binders- Are our biggest selling style of binder due to their low pricing and ease of use. Ring binders come in a variety of sizes and colours and have anything from 2 to 6 rings to hold the paper in place. If you need a basic binder for storing anything up to 100 sheets of paper then a ring binder will be ideal.

Lever Arch Files - Are used for storing greater volumes of paper than would be possible with a ring binder thanks to the larger sized ‘D’ rings. Lever arch files can store around 300 sheets of paper and the file contents are kept firmly in place by a unique locking mechanism.

Box Files - Are great for a variety of paper storage needs. They come in a wide choice of sizes and colours and are available in both board and plastic construction. Spine labels are available to help easy identification of the files contents. As well as holding paper they can also be used for carrying loose stationery items such as calculators or pens.

Document Wallets - Are a low cost office staple that are perfect for storing all volumes of paper and documents. Manufactured from cardboard they are strong and durable. The average document wallet will hold approximately 150 sheet of 80gsm paper. The two most common sizes are A4 and Foolscap

Folders and Files - This section contains manila folders and manila files that are best suited for filing, storing and archiving smaller amounts of paper. Manila folders have no means of securing the contents in place and are ideal for simply protecting and organising your paperwork. Manila files have a variety of means to secure the paper they hold including clips, springs and elasticated corners.

Expanding Files - Are the ideal filing solution if space is at a premium in your office. Expanding files have a concertina action which allows large volumes of paper to be stored in a relatively small space. They are also a popular choice for home filing due to the large number of sections or pockets they have. Available in many identification formats including A-Z and numbered.

Plastic Pockets- Are the perfect solution for keeping documents protected and clean when they are stored in a ring binder or lever arch file. Plastic Folders - Our Range of plastic folders includes cut flush folders, conference folders and presentation folders from big brand names such as Rexel, Rapesco and Esselte. Plastic folders are generally used for protecting, transporting or presenting information.

Plastic Wallets - Our plastic wallets are largely identified by being envelope style with a press stud fastening. They are manufactured from durable and hard wearing PVC and are available in a wide selection of colours and sizes. They can hold approximately 150 sheets of 80gsm paper and often have a business card sized clear pocket on the front of the wallet for identification.

Index Card Supplies - This section includes card index boxes, card index cabinets, indexing cards and record cards. Index cards provide quick and simple, desktop access to contact names and information.

Suspension files - Are an important part of any office and enable large amounts of paper to be filed and stored away in filing cabinets. Suspension files come in two main sizes, the standard A4 and the slightly larger Foolscap size. They are available in either a V based or a square base with the latter offering increased capacity. Available in hardwearing card or polypropylene they are a long lasting and relatively inexpensive filing tool.

Lateral files - As above, lateral files are also available with a 'V' base or a broad base depending on your paper storage requirements. We supply top lateral filing brands including Twinlock and Crystalfile.

Presentation Ring Binders - Allow you to personalise the front, side and in some instances back of the binder as they have clear pockets which accept paper inserts. They are available in a wide selection of widths from 16mm to 85mm depending on the amount of paper you wish to file in them.

Dividers, Indexes and Tabs - Dividers and indexes allow you to section of files and folders into months, letters, numerically or by your own filing system to help keep contents organised and quickly accessible.

Archive Storage - This section contains standard archive boxes that are used for storing large volumes of paperwork. As standard these boxes are flat packed and can be constructed as and when required. If storing very important documents we also have fire and water proof archive boxes that will protect their contents should the need arise.
