The lever arch system is particularly useful for holding larger amounts of paper as the metal prong size is greater than a standard ring binder. A standard A4 lever arch file can hold around 300 sheets of paper (a ring binder holds about 100). The unique mechanism in the file is the locking action which holds the documents in place. The lever in the file is used to open and close the metal prongs. This makes the file easier to handle so there is no need pull the binder apart and risk damaging documents.
Available in 4 different sizes: A3, A4, A5 and Foolscap. The Foolscap size is slightly larger than A4 and means that the A4 dividers don’t stick out beyond the file. The wide selection of different colours available in the Office Allsorts range will enable you to help identify file contents or select a colour to match your company branding.
