Listing Paper Category Guide
Listing Paper is measured in depths from the top of a sheet to the bottom and the standard depths are 11 inches, 11 2/3 inches and 12 inches. Bizarrely, the width of the listing paper is measured in millimeters and the standard widths are 216mm, 235mm, 241mm, 368mm & 389mm.
There are four finishes to listing paper which are;
- Unperforated - Does not offer the ability to remove the papers edges.
- Standard Perforated - For easy removal from the sprocketed/punched edges.
- Micro-perforated - For a cleaner edge when the sprocketed/punched edges are removed.
- Ruled - Has fine lines printed on the paper to make the printed information easier to read.
The final decision when buying listing paper is whether to choose 1 part paper, 2 part paper, 3 part paper or 4 part paper. Each additional part of paper is a different colour making each copy easily identifiable.
