Welcome to Office Allsorts’ Web Site ("www.officeallsorts.co.uk"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these govern your use of our Web Site. By using this Site and placing an order, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

1. Site Ownership, Copyright & Trademarks

The content of this site, which includes all names, images, illustrations, photos, designs and other materials are copyright of Office Allsorts Ltd or its content providers, licensees, technology providers or other third parties. As such they are the property of their respective owners and all rights are reserved.

Permission is granted to print, copy, display and distribute in hard copy, sections of this site provided it is to facilitate browsing or placing an order on this site. Any other unauthorised use of the material on this site without prior written permission of Office Allsorts Ltd or the applicable copyright owner may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

2. Links to Third Party Websites

Our site on occasion, include links to third party Internet websites. These links are included for your convenience but we have not reviewed these third party sites and do not endorse these sites nor have any control over their content. Further more inclusion of a link from our site does not mean that we make any representations regarding the availability or content or accuracy of materials on such websites. If you decide to access third party websites through links on the Site, you do so at your own risk. Your use of third party websites is subject to the terms and conditions of use of those websites.

3. Contract Formation

No contract shall subsist between you and Office Allsorts Ltd for the sale of any goods unless and until Office Allsorts Ltd accepts your order by sending you an email confirming that the goods have been despatched.

After you have placed an order on-line you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. This does not however mean your order has been accepted by Office Allsorts Ltd. The contract between us will only be complete once the goods have been despatched to you and when Office Allsorts Ltd have emailed you confirmation that the goods have been despatched (whether or not you receive the email).

Title in the goods shall not pass to you the customer until all sums due from you the customer to Office Allsorts Ltd have been paid.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our site, “officeallsorts.co.uk” exclude VAT and are subject to change without notice.

Any reference on the site to “RRP – Recommended Retail Price”, “SSP” – Suggested Selling Price or “List Price” are representative of the Manufacturers suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices available to you in your area at any given time.

All references to “savings” or “you save” are the savings between “our price” and the manufacturer “list price”, excluding VAT. Actual savings may vary depending on quantities ordered.

It is always possible that, despite our best endeavours, some of the products listed on our site may be priced incorrectly. Where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the Product to you and invoice you accordingly. If a product’s price is higher than the price quoted on our website then Office Allsorts Ltd reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. We will of course notify you in advance of such actions and refund any credit card charges. However, we might, at our discretion, decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the product as a gesture of goodwill. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price even after we have provided you with an order confirmation as the contract is only formed once goods have been despatched and a despatch confirmation email has been sent by Office Allsorts Ltd.

5. Credit Accounts & Credit Referencing (Business Accounts Only)

All applications for a credit account will be subject to referral to a credit reference agency. The agency will keep a record of that search and may share that information with other businesses that conduct searches. This credit check may cause a slight delay with your first order depending on the results from the search with the credit reference agency

Completion and submission of a credit application form does not mean that a credit facility will be put in place. Office Allsorts Ltd reserve the right to grant a credit facility based on the search results with the credit reference agency.

Any credit application is subject to Office Allsorts’ terms and condition and non-adherence to these terms & conditions may result in the credit facility being withdrawn.

Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the rate of 2% above the prevailing Bank of England's base rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement.

Office Allsorts Ltd reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed £3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs. Returned cheques will incur a £25 charge to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second Returned cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the arrangement.

6. Secure Credit Card Transactions

All transactions are protected by our secure server certificate which is an industry standard 256-BIT SSL certificate and all credit card transactions are processed using level 4 PCI DSS compliance, this means all of your personal and credit card details are encrypted as they pass over the internet from your computer to our secure servers.

We do not hold any credit card numbers on file.

7. Disclaimer

Office Allsorts Ltd provides this site on an “as seen” basis and makes no warranties or representations, either implied or expressed, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. Office Allsorts Ltd will take reasonable measures to ensure that the content is accurate, complete, and current but Office Allsorts Ltd does not represent or warrant that the information accessible on this Site is accurate, complete, or current.

To provide our customers with the most up to date product information, product availability and prices, this information is subject to change without notice.

With the exception of your rights as a consumer and your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1977 (as amended) and the Unfair Contracts terms Act 1977 and save in respect our guarantee, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under these terms of our contract with you.
